The staff has been caring, understanding, helpful and ready to assist in any way I needed. I was always informed of any matters involving my spouse. They have gone beyond to be friendly and welcoming. I will recommend Cottagewood to others looking for a memory care facility.

About 8 months ago we moved our mother to Cottagewood from a facility in Minnetonka. We could not be happier with the care given to our mom. Where we knew she was not cared for properly at her previous facility, Cottgewood not only sets the bar on care, but exceeds the bar. She has settled in amazingly well. As an individual with Alzheimer's Dementia, she has high anxiety and the staff in her cottage have used ways to alleviate her anxiety of which we are very grateful. I would highly recommend Cottagewood of Rochester to any families looking for an amazing care facility.

Here they take very good care of my husband, who has Alzheimer's disease. In a different memory care center, they complain he has behavioral issues, but here he is all calm and sweet, no problem. what a difference. what a relieve.

My husband was there for 3 years and now my friend is there. No matter when I went they were being treated like family. They take the time to make sure their patients were doing good. They take the time to call the caregivers at home and let them know they are ok
